AI Helper and payments
What is AI Helper?
AI Helper is a one-time purchase that turns on GoMo, your personal AI assistant, for 60 days with a set number of questions, plus daily trip briefings for each park day (free, they never use questions), every park map, offline map downloads and Family park parties. Each question uses 1, whatever its length. Answers we couldn't help with, refusals and errors are never counted. Nothing renews automatically. Without it, the assistant can tell you all about AI Helper and help you pick a package.
I paid but AI Helper didn't turn on.
It usually turns on within a few seconds. Refresh the Trip page. If they still aren't there after 10 minutes, email us with the date and the email on your receipt and we'll fix it the same day.
Can I get a refund?
Yes, within 7 days of buying if you haven\'t used any questions from that package. Mistakes on our side, like a double charge or a package that never turned on, are always refunded in full. See Refunds.
What happens when AI Helper ends?
After 60 days, any questions left end with it, and park maps go back to one free map every 24 hours. Your trip dates, saved settings and account stay. You can get AI Helper again for your next trip at any time. If you run out of questions before then, you can add more; they end on the same date.
Who sees my card details?
Only Stripe, our payment provider. We never see or store card numbers.
Maps and the park
The map doesn't turn when I turn my phone.
Tap Start route (or the 3D button) and allow motion access when your phone asks. On iPhone, if you tapped "Don't allow", close the tab and open the site again to be asked again. The compass works best when you hold the phone flat.
Can I speak instead of typing?
Yes. Tap the microphone in the chat box, ask your question out loud, and it sends when you stop talking. Allow microphone access the first time your phone asks. Tap the speaker under an answer to hear it read aloud. Voice works in Safari on iPhone and in Chrome; a few browsers, like Firefox, don't support it yet.
"Find me" can't find my location.
Your browser needs permission to use your location. Check your phone's settings for your browser (Location: "While using"). Your location stays on your phone; it is never sent to us when you use Find me.
Wait times look wrong.
Waits are Disney's posted times, refreshed about every 5 minutes. Posted waits can differ from the real line, and rides can close without warning. Use the guest reports and always check the official Disney app.
Family park party
How do I start one?
Open the Map, tap Family, name the party and confirm you're 18 or older. Then send the invite link to your family. Each person chooses whether and how long to share their location. A party holds up to 8 people.
Who can see my location?
Only the people the party organizer approved, only while you're sharing, and only while you're in or near a park. We keep only your latest position, never a history, and delete it when sharing ends. See Privacy.
Your account and data
How do I stop the emails?
Every email has an unsubscribe link at the bottom. One tap and you're off the list.
How do I delete my account and data?
Email support@disneyfan.ai from the email you signed in with, with the subject "Delete my data". We'll delete it within 30 days and confirm by email.
I'm getting "paused" messages.
Accounts are paused after repeated posts that break our community guidelines. If you think it was a mistake, email us and a person will review it.

These terms are an agreement between you and PointCAAS LLC, doing business as DisneyFan.ai ("we", "us"). By using DisneyFan.ai ("the site") you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
1. Who can use it
The site is for people aged 13 and over. If you're under 18, use it with a parent or guardian's permission. Starting a Family park party requires being 18 or older. Buying AI Helper requires being 18 or older or having a parent or guardian's permission.
2. What the site is
DisneyFan.ai is an unofficial information service for Walt Disney World visitors. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to The Walt Disney Company. It cannot book tickets, dining or hotels, and it has no access to your Disney account.
3. Accuracy and your safety
We work hard to keep information current and label it with dates and sources, but we can't guarantee it. Hours, prices, closures, waits, height requirements and routes change without notice, and AI answers can be wrong. Always confirm important details in the official Disney app and follow posted signs, Cast Member instructions and park rules. Walking routes are suggestions: watch where you're going and never use your phone in a way that puts you or others at risk.
4. Your account
You can use the site as a visitor, or sign in with Google, Apple, or your email and a password you choose. Keep your sign-in secure and don't reuse a password from another site. You're responsible for activity under your account. You can sign out on all your devices at any time from Your account.
5. AI Helper and payments
AI Helper is a one-time purchase, through Stripe, of access to the assistant for a fixed period (usually 60 days) with a set number of questions, plus daily trip briefings, every park map, offline map downloads and Family park parties during that period. There is no subscription and nothing renews automatically.
The package, its question allowance and its end date are shown before you pay. Questions not used by the end date end with the package. Extra questions bought during a package end on the same date.
AI Helper is a personal license to use the service. It isn't a gift card or stored value, has no cash value, and can't be transferred or resold.
A daily fair-use limit applies to questions, to keep the service fast for everyone. It's shown if you reach it.
Prices are shown in US dollars before you pay and may include applicable taxes.
If we ever shut the service down, we'll give at least 30 days' notice and refund the unused part of any active AI Helper.
6. What you post
Guest reports, suggestions and party names you post must follow our community guidelines. You keep ownership of what you post, and you give us permission to display, combine and use it to run and improve the site. We may remove anything that breaks the rules and pause accounts that repeatedly do.
7. Family park parties
Only invite people you know and who agree to share their location. Each person controls whether and how long they share, and can stop at any time. Don't use parties to track anyone without their knowledge.
8. Acceptable use
Don't use the site to harass anyone, post false reports, break park rules, scrape or copy the site in bulk, get around question limits or charges, or attack or overload the service.
9. Our content
The site's design, code, summaries, headlines and data compilations belong to us. News summaries link to and credit their original sources, which belong to their owners. See Copyright and takedowns.
10. Disclaimers
The site is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows. We don't promise it will always be available, error-free or accurate.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses (such as missed reservations, travel costs or a disappointing park day), and our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or $50 if that is greater.
12. Ending use
You can stop using the site at any time and ask us to delete your data. We may suspend or end access for anyone who breaks these terms. Sections 5 (refunds), 9, 10, 11 and 13 continue to apply.
13. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas and applicable US federal law. Before filing any claim, please email us so we can try to resolve it informally within 30 days. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that can't be waived.
14. Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when. For important changes we'll show a notice on the site. Continued use after a change means you accept it.
DisneyFan.ai ("we") runs this site; the company behind it is named in our Terms of use. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have. In short: we collect as little as we can, we don't sell personal information, and we don't run advertising trackers.
What we store
Visitors: a random visitor ID in a cookie, your trip dates and home resort if you enter them, your AI Helper status and questions used, and a history of the questions you ask the assistant (so we can charge correctly, prevent abuse and improve answers).
Sign-in: if you sign in with Google or Apple, the account identifier, name and email they give us. If you create an account with your email, your email and a one-way scrambled (hashed) version of your password, never the password itself. For each device you're signed in on, a session record (when it started, when it was last used and the browser type) so you can sign out everywhere.
Email: your address, only if you sign up for the digest or alerts, until you unsubscribe. Every email has an unsubscribe link.
Trip briefings: with AI Helper and trip dates, we write a briefing for each park day (and the park you pick for it, if you do) and keep it for 12 months. If your account has an email address we email it to you; turn the emails off on the Trip tab or with the link in any briefing. Weather forecasts come from the US National Weather Service, which receives nothing about you.
Payments: handled by Stripe. We never see or store card numbers. We keep the receipt details Stripe sends us (pack, amount, date, status).
Guest reports: the report, the time, and a hashed (one-way) version of your network address, used only to decide whether two reports came from different places. We don't store the address itself.
Suggestions: what you write, and your email only if you ask for a reply.
Location: "Find me", routes and the compass use your location and motion only in your browser; they are never sent to us.
Voice: if you speak a question, your phone or browser turns your voice into text (Apple and Google may process the audio under their own privacy terms). We only receive the text, like a typed question. Reading answers aloud happens on your device.
Family park parties: only if you join a party and turn sharing on. We store only your latest position, only while you're in or near a park, for the time you choose (at most until midnight), and delete it when sharing ends. It's shown only to the people the party organizer approved. We keep no location history. Parties end after 7 days and are deleted a day later.
Site analytics: pages viewed and for how long, which features you use (for example map tools such as walking directions or search, the places you tap on the map, and the share button; never your location), how you arrived (search, social, email, campaign links), device, browser, screen size, language and an approximate location (country, region and city) from your network address, linked by a random analytics cookie (df_vid) unless you opt out. We don't store your network address, and analytics data never goes to advertisers. See Cookies and storage to change your choice.
How we use it
To run the site and the assistant, provide AI Helper, send the emails you asked for, keep the site safe and family-friendly, fix problems, and improve features. We don't use your information for advertising.
Who processes it for us
Stripe: payments.
Anthropic and, for some features, OpenRouter: AI answers and news summaries. Questions are sent without your name or email and, under their business terms, are not used to train their models.
Voyage AI: meaning-based search, so the assistant finds the right news for a question. It receives the question text only, without your name or email.
Resend: sending email.
Google and Apple: sign-in, if you choose it.
Hostinger: hosting our servers and database in the United States.
Approximate location comes from a database we keep on our own servers (IP Geolocation by DB-IP); your address is not sent to them.
We don't sell or share personal information for advertising. We may disclose information if the law requires it or to protect people's safety.
How long we keep it
Party locations: until sharing ends (at most until midnight). Parties: deleted 1 day after they end.
Assistant question history and guest reports: up to 12 months.
Site analytics: about 13 months, then deleted.
Payment records: as long as tax and accounting law requires (usually 7 years).
Everything else: until you ask us to delete it.
Children
The site is for ages 13 and over and isn't directed at children under 13. We don't knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has used the site, email us and we'll delete it.
Your choices and rights
You can clear your dates, stop sharing your location, unsubscribe from email, or ask to see, correct or delete your data by emailing support@disneyfan.ai (subject "Privacy request"). We'll respond within 30 days. Depending on where you live, including Texas and other US states, you may have additional rights, and we'll honor them. We won't treat you differently for using them.
Security
Data is sent over encrypted connections, keys and secrets are encrypted at rest, and access is limited to the people who run the site. No system is perfectly secure, but we'll tell you promptly if a breach affects your information.
Changes and contact
The date at the top shows when this policy last changed. Questions: support@disneyfan.ai.
Refund policy
Last updated November 3, 2026
Unused packages: if you change your mind, we'll refund an AI Helper package in full within 7 days of buying it, as long as no questions from it have been used. Email support@disneyfan.ai with the date of the purchase and the email on the receipt.
Once questions are used, the package isn't refundable, because the assistant's costs have already been incurred.
Our mistakes are always refunded in full, at any time: if you were charged twice, if AI Helper never turned on, or if the service was down for a long stretch of your package.
Answers we couldn't help with, refusals and errors never count as questions.
Refunds go back to the original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days. A refunded package ends right away.
AI Helper is a one-time purchase. There is no subscription and nothing renews. Questions not used by the package's end date end with it.
Please contact us before disputing a charge with your bank. It's usually much faster for you.
While AI Helper is active, every park map opens any day, with downloads, and you can start a Family park party. Without it, you can open one park map, which stays open for 24 hours.
Cookies and storage
Last updated November 3, 2026
We use a few cookies the site needs to work, plus one analytics cookie of our own so we can see how the site is used and make it better. We don't use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies, and we never sell data.

Analytics and your choice
Our analytics are our own: no Google Analytics or other outside tracking script runs on the site. We record which pages are viewed, how long, how you arrived (for example a search engine, a social site or a link with campaign tags), your device type, browser and screen size, and an approximate location (country, region and city) worked out from your network address. We don't store the network address itself.
Visitors in the European Union, the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland are asked before the analytics cookie is set. Everyone else sees a short notice and can opt out. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as an opt-out. Without the cookie we still count visits, using a code that changes every day, so no one can be followed from one day to the next.
The site also saves a few settings in your browser's local storage, which never leave your device: your "My day" plan, height setting, parked-car spot, map preferences and downloaded maps. Clearing your browser's site data removes them.
Third parties
When you pay, Stripe's checkout page sets its own cookies to prevent fraud, under Stripe's privacy policy. Google or Apple set their own cookies if you sign in with them.
Community guidelines
Last updated November 3, 2026
DisneyFan.ai is built for families. Everything people post (guest reports, suggestions, party names) must be suitable for all ages.
Please do
Report what you actually see in the park, as it happens.
Keep it short, useful and kind.
Only invite people you know to a park party, and only share your own location.
Please don't
Post false or joke reports, spam, ads or links.
Post anything rude, hateful, sexual, violent or otherwise not family-friendly.
Share anyone's personal information, photos or location without their permission.
Encourage breaking park rules or Cast Member instructions, or cutting lines.
Try to get around the safety filters or question limits.
How we enforce them
Automated checks screen posts before they appear, and a person reviews anything flagged. Posts that break the rules are removed. Each one adds a strike; three strikes pauses an account. If you think we got it wrong, email support@disneyfan.ai and a person will review it.
AI notice
Last updated November 3, 2026
Where we use AI
The assistant answers your questions using AI models from Anthropic (Claude) and, for some features, models through OpenRouter.
News headlines and summaries are written by AI from published articles, checked automatically against the article, and reviewed by a person before they appear. Only items that pass every check and come from Disney's official channel or two independent sources may be published automatically.
Safety checks use AI to screen posts and answers so the site stays family-friendly.
Its limits
AI can be confidently wrong. The assistant answers from our dated news, park data and lists, and tells you when it doesn't know, but it can still make mistakes. Check anything important, like hours, prices, height requirements and closures, in the official Disney app. The assistant isn't a substitute for medical, legal or financial advice.
Your questions
For hotel, deal and price questions, GoMo may search a short list of approved travel sites (Disney's own sites and Expedia) and shows the pages it used. The search uses words from your question, never your name or email. "Compare and book" buttons open Google Hotels, Expedia or Disney in a new tab; those sites have their own terms and prices, and we don't earn anything from them today.
Your questions are sent to the AI provider without your name or email. Under their business terms they aren't used to train their models. We keep your question history as described in our privacy policy. Please don't type personal details like card numbers or passwords into the assistant.
Disclaimer and trademarks
Last updated November 3, 2026
Independent and unofficial
DisneyFan.ai is an independent service. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by or connected to The Walt Disney Company or any of its subsidiaries.
Trademarks
Disney, Walt Disney World, Magic Kingdom, EPCOT, Disney's Hollywood Studios, Disney's Animal Kingdom, Disney Springs, Lightning Lane and the names of attractions, shows, restaurants and characters are trademarks of Disney Enterprises, Inc. or their respective owners. We use them only to describe the places and things our information is about. We don't use Disney logos, characters or artwork.
Information only
Everything on the site is general information for planning, provided as is. Hours, prices, closures, waits, height requirements, walking routes and showtimes can change at any time and may be wrong. Always confirm in the official Disney app, follow posted signs and Cast Member instructions, and make your own decisions about safety and health.
If you own content and believe something on DisneyFan.ai infringes your rights, or you'd simply prefer we not summarize your site, email support@disneyfan.ai with the subject "Copyright notice" and include:
the work you own and the page on our site where it appears;
your name, organization and contact details;
a statement that you believe in good faith the use isn't authorized, and that your notice is accurate;
your physical or electronic signature.
We review notices promptly, usually within 2 business days, and remove or stop using material when appropriate. Publishers who'd like us to stop summarizing their site can ask at any time and we'll remove it from our sources.
Accessibility
Last updated November 3, 2026
We want DisneyFan.ai to work for every family. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at level AA.
What we do
Large tap targets, readable text and strong color contrast.
Works with screen readers, keyboard navigation and your device's text size.
Colors are never the only way information is shown: wait times also show numbers and labels.
Known limits
The interactive map is visual. Every place on it is also listed on the Park page with its wait and status, which works fully with screen readers.
Tell us about a barrier
If something is hard to use, email support@disneyfan.ai with the subject "Accessibility" and we'll work on a fix. For Walt Disney World's own accessibility services, contact Disney directly.
